We would like to thank the Heydar Aliyev International Airport for their active support and implementation of the project to create an accessible environment for people with special needs.
Farid Mammadov, General Director of Caspian Event Organisers: “As the organisers of the congress for kids with special needs, we are especially close and familiar with the needs of people with a so-called invisible disability. I want to thank the airport management for their active support and implementation of the project to create an accessible environment for people with special needs at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport. I especially want to note the work of the entire working group of the project, led by the First Deputy Executive Director of AZAL, Jamil Manizade. As you know, the Heydar Aliyev International Airport is one of the best airports in the world and the best in the CIS, as evidenced by their numerous international certificates and a high level of service. We are pleased that now at the airport there is also a service for people with autism, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, thanks to which it will be much easier for these people to fly”.
The project to create a favourable environment at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport will be presented in detail at the 2nd Congress for Kids with Special Needs “Fərqli Fərdlər”, which will be held at the Heydar Aliyev Centre from the 15th to the 16th of February.
